If you are anything like me, the moment you jump down the rabbit hole of idea validation and building your business online, the ideas just seem to start flowing. As an example, I will share with you my current plans for my online business. The first of course is my coaching business, I have always loved helping people and teaching people how to do things which is why I got into coaching and training in the first place. I have always loved to read and been drawn to the idea of writing a book, so by the end of the year, I plan on having a book for sale on my website. Another thing, I want to be able to reach even more people and have been kicking around the idea of creating a video course that can help teach the things that I talk about with my clients in our coaching sessions. Maybe I will even create a phone app, that would be pretty cool. We will see what all this website becomes over its lifetime, I am just excited for the adventure! As you can see, finding different ways of making money and providing great content with your skill can be awesome and rewarding.
You may be thinking that it is different when you are building a freelance business through something like Fiverr.com, but just think about it. I personally have never worked with this guy on Fiverr but he is a great example of having multiple products for customers to pick from. All of the different photos are different products that he is offering with his skill of logo design and he has great reviews! The other cool thing I want to point out about this person is that he lives outside of the western world, I think sometimes here in the states we are a bit singularly minded when it comes to doing business with people from countries different from our own but the internet has made the argument almost ridiculous because we can do business all around the world with customers that are all around the world.
With freelancing you can even decide that you want to use multiple skills that you possess and make money doing all sorts of fun things for clients. I think this reason is why I love the idea of fiverr.com so much. You can just look at the different categories of things that people are trying to sell and be a part of absolutely any of them! The possibilities are literally endless! The most important part of the whole freelancing business path… don’t be afraid to over deliver. When a customer is absolutely wowed by what a great service you provided them, they are much more likely to leave a glowing review.
